An extraordinary light and colourful watercolour of the Casino at Monaco. Figures are walking towards the spectator along and balustraded walkway. The urns on the balustrade are full of colourful flowers. Various species of trees obscure the view of the casino in the background. A very impressionist watercolour demonstrating the artist’s development in freedom of execution with great accuracy.
