An impressive interior view of the Baronial Hall at Chetham's Hospital, Manchester. Steeped in medieval history the building dates back to the 15th century. The large inglenook fireplace is the focal point of the hall and was probably a later insertion. Knighton-Hammond picks out the historic architectural deatils and the clever hatching provides atmosphere to the interior. The figures give an idea of size and volume of the hall.
